I came to Better Body for physiotherapy after spraining my right ankle while playing basketball. Before starting my weekly appointments, I wasn’t able to play any sports because my ankle wasn’t fully healed or strong enough. After just a couple of weeks of treatment, which included laser therapy and resistance band exercises, my ankle began to improve. He takes the time to ask questions, explain everything clearly, and tailors treatment to your specific needs.
