The best gym and fitness experience I have found in my 17 years in NYC. An amazing community of trainers and members that help you grow and meet your goals! It is hard every time, but in a way that you are always growing and being pushed to make more progress.
I booked a class through ClassPass they have a 5 min late policy, I came at 8:06 they don’t allow me to get in even it was my first class, and I could not re schedule. If you are trying different gyms just avoid this one. The front door woman wasn’t really friendly either.
Totally avoid! On Reddit I’ve seen many reviews of them being good in the past but now they’re only focused on getting your money and I experienced this first hand. They try to lure people by purchasing targeted ads and running fake promotions on their website and when you reach out to them regarding the same, they say the promotion is no longer available even though they’re still running it, and they say they’ll take it down. Brian is my favorite instructor here but everyone is great. Workouts are tough but motivating, and I love the music and energy here
