I had such a great experience working with Anna from Better Bath & Kitchen. I was looking for a small 30 inch vanity for my bathroom and everything I found was either over priced or the quality was poorly made both online and in-store. I searched online and found Better Bath & Kitchen and thought I would give them a try. I was able to find the size i was looking for, the counter and faucet. I was pretty clear with my purchase when I came in to this store. I wanted to refresh my Bath and needed a 30 inch vanity with top and hardware and drain. I get it home and the box was 24 .. ended up giving me a replacement which looks ok but definetly not the same quality . Disappointed and never again.. They had the nerve to imply I was being difficult when explaining I lost almost 2 days of reno an cost me a great deal of money..
