I have several accounts at Better Banks, mortgage loan, car loan and savings account. Everyone here has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful whenever I needed help. It's a great place to bank, get the personalized service with all the services of a bigger institution. On both of my loans I shopped rates and they beat everyone else in town. I went through Better Banks for a vehicle loan. They were very pleasant throughout all of the process. My officer seemed genuinely interested in the vehicle. She would ask me about it each time I went into the branch. I never had an issue with the loan and I didn't have an issue selling my car, either. I'd definitely recommend anyone to Better Banks for a local loan that stays local.
