We engaged this firm to finalize an employee handbook, with the clear understanding that the project would be completed before final payment. Unfortunately, the handbook was never delivered in a ready-to-print, completed form. During the course of the project, the primary contact went on maternity leave, and there was no smooth transition or follow-up from the office. Communication dropped off, and the project stalled. I mostly work with Olivia for employment law counsel/support, but I also work with Sam for contracts review etc and they are the absolute best!
