I lived in these apartments for over 14 years and was always satisfied with how I was treated. The managers/owners were always fair and reasonable and promptly responded to my occasional requests. Move in and move out were a breeze and they were more than fair with the terms. If I ever rent again I would consider going back and renting from them.
Just had to move because I needed more space. Owner and manager were very understanding and helpful. Throughout my four years living here the owner was always very responsive and while managers changed from time to time they were always professional and respectful. These homes aren't new but they are well maintained. It isn't Beverly Hills but it definitely isn't Compton.
Very pleasant to deal with. Toni was nice and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend. The only complaint I really had, was that she does not have an actual office. Drop off is a P.O. Box.
