Ben is the best! Although I called around noon, Ben was able to stop by towards the end of his workday that day and found the problem with my furnace. I had already completed some trouble-shooting so when I related that to Ben, he immediately diagnosed an issue I had not thought of and fixed it on the spot. Great attitude and quite knowledgeable.

Figured out we had no AC over the weekend. Called in around 8:15 Monday morning and they were here by 10:30! Ben was our tech. Very kniwledgeavle, professional, personable and efficient. What more could you ask for?! We've used Better Air in the past and same experience every time! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Great job Better Air!!!!
