So we got a hole system furnace AC unit for over 10k last year. Was happy worked great. 14 months later the AC stops getting cold, so we try and get them to come out and look at it. They said it will cost $350 for labor. They were supposed to show up at 8am, they did not arrive until 2pm, then it was to late, we went back and forth with them having horrible time management, then they said that I had a leak, that when they installed it.
