Had a very great experience with Better Air, installed a new ac unit and cleaned our air ducts. Eli was very polite and professional, made the process very stress-free. Scheduling was fast and easy. Will recommend to friends and family!
Disapointed... The installation in Janary of this year was fair. it was pushed back several times but it was installed and the system works well. Yesterday the drain pipe from the Coil, broke at the joint of the Coil and the drain pipe. Despite repeated requests in email and subsequently via phone I got no response from this team. I cannot not have AC on a weekend were we are expected to be in the mid 90's. I had to obtain service from another HVAC company to have this repaired. Terrible customer service.
