Overall walking in, service department staff is very friendly and helpful. Once you leave your vehicle there, different story. I had to wait over a week to get an appointment for brake repair, which is understandable , places are busy... however i drop my vehicle off at my appointment time early Wednesday morning and hear NOTHING back until I called on Friday for an update at which time I was told it hadn't even been looked at yet and once the technician has a diagnosis they'll reach out to me.
