Bought a used truck recently and had an awful experience. The customer service was terrible, and the mechanics were dismissive and had a bad attitude. They stood by each other even when they were clearly wrong. Just four days after buying, I found out it has a bad transmission, and now they're refusing to fix it, threatening to ban me when I brought it up. Unbelievable. Stay far away.
Ryan was my salesman, really liked him nice guy and easy going, explained everything, I would Def use him again.
I have bought several vehicles from Benton house and Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram and every time is a total enjoyable experience especially having Ryan Scarpelli as my Salesmen. He goes out of his way to make sure that I am always taken care of and that I really matter to him as a customer and that is very important to me. I had an appointment although I did not need one for an oil change & tire rotation. Andrew answered all my questions and provided an explanation for follow up services. The service area waiting room provides a comfortable space to work and wait. My wait time was shorter than expected. I always have a good experience during my visits.
