Sitting here as I write. Poor service period! Had 8:30 appt. scheduled weeks ago to be in line with their procedures. Timeline: 7:00 dropped off 7:30 get call that their is a problem with "special technician" and it might take days or weeks to get to. But they will call me back 7:30 -10:40 no call. 10:40 I call. Am told person is busy but will call me back. 12:00- paid for Uber to get me to dealership. 12:05 arrived 12:10: Told "let me look into the status" of Jeep.
