Absolute, worst experience ever had my vehicle towed there. Due to the transmission, leaving me stranded. Called early in the morning and expressed the need to get into a loner, trade in or repair the vehicle by end of day. What's contacted at 3 o'clock? They haven't even looked at the vehicle yet. If I could leave zero stars, I would… I have a 2024 Dodge Daytona charger that was not starting. I had it towed to the dealer. (Bettenhausen Dodge Orland Park) For service my car only have 731 miles on it, It took them one week to even look at it. It sat outside for seven days without being touched., After the service person told me to look at it the next day or two… I left three voicemails after I dropped off the car a few days later and no one never bothered to call me back once… Eight days later, I get a phone call my car... read more
