Sold me a brand new jeep that has sqeeked since day one. Took almost 4 years to find the issue. Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago . Was told I would have a car to use while they fix it. Half asleep schlub at the desk on the morning of my appointment tells me I need to book in advance ( I did, because I was there for my appointment…) and then was told my warranty probably wouldn’t cover my issues, or a rental car.
