Made me wait 2 days. Then didn't give me a time other than til 5. called at 3 she said he would be en route soon. It is now 6:45 and nothing. No phone call, no dispatcher to talk to, and no locksmith showed up. Highly inconvenient and irresponsible. I would gladly pay more than deal with them ever again!

I called Bettendorf N & S Lock yesterday and they got me right in. Matt was super friendly and easy to work with.
Had this key made at the end of July and paid $150 and the chip fell out. Called the company and they said they don’t warranty their work and they don’t know if I threw the keys and knocked it out so they wouldn’t replace it but I can pay $150 and have another one made!! Why would I want them to make another key and you can’t guarantee me the chip won’t fall out 4 months later...very disappointed in this company
They talked a great game when I went in to get locks re keyed and get some new keys for our offices made. 2 of the newly keyed knobs are finicky with keys and 6 months later, I am still awaiting keys, or even a call back for that matter. Don’t waste your time here. Going to try J&J locksmiths in Davenport.

Great company to work with. They installed a new deadbolt after another locksmith botched the job on my antique front door. They also fixed a 1920s lock and installed at my home. They did a great job very quickly and for a reasonable price.
I had an emergency where a lock had to be changed immediately....I called and even though they were very busy, they sent someone right over and took care of it in 10 minutes! Very professional and easily paid via credit card. Thank you!
