Nothing is more irritating than when a business won’t communicate with you. Paid for a contact lens fitting for my son in November and still waiting for him to actually have contacts that work for him. I have asked several times & have yet to get an actual answer.

The minute I walk in the door, I am greeted with a smile from the from the reception desk. I have been a patient at Bettendorf Eyecare Center for the last four years. After going to a large eye care center for many years, I feel I get better exams and the doctors are always concerned about my eye health. Every appointment is a pleasant experience.
