These guys are a Joke my family has been dealing with them for almost 4 years now and they are still not done with the addition and it's only 2 story 2 bedroom with a Florida room pretty much the only time anything gets done is every 6 months a thats only because of the permit will go bad if an inspection isn't done every 6 months I would never recommend this company they are a complete joke I could go on for hours about their unprofessional STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Did a pre construction contract. Did not deliver a thing in 5 months. Lost $15,000.00.
I can't speak for their work but I can say that they wasted my time and canceled a scheduled phone consultation with little to no warning, and less than an hour beforehand. Very disappointing. I guess I will just move on to a company that cares a bit more.
Extremely disappointed with Bettencourt Construction. Janet and Bryan came to my home in St. Pete after Hurricane Helene to give me an estimate to repair the flood damage. Everything started out great, and I accepted their quote. After that...crickets for over a month! Despite my frequent follow ups by phone, text and email, promises to call me back were not kept and I was completely ghosted. I seldom write bad reviews, but this one was warranted, due to their poor performance.
