I can't speak for their work but I can say that they wasted my time and canceled a scheduled phone consultation with little to no warning, and less than an hour beforehand. Very disappointing. I guess I will just move on to a company that cares a bit more.

Extremely disappointed with Bettencourt Construction. Janet and Bryan came to my home in St. Pete after Hurricane Helene to give me an estimate to repair the flood damage. Everything started out great, and I accepted their quote. After that...crickets for over a month! Despite my frequent follow ups by phone, text and email, promises to call me back were not kept and I was completely ghosted. I seldom write bad reviews, but this one was warranted, due to their poor performance.

I recently reached out to Bettencourt Construction for a project and was impressed by their professionalism and prompt responses. Although I didn't move forward with the work this time, their clear communication, attention to detail, and willingness to answer all of my questions showed they care deeply about their clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to consider them for future projects based on my experience.
