Came in after suddenly losing a vehicle and was able to get something within my bidget fast and easy! No pushy sales tactics or roundabouts, just honest sales and a caring team! An extra big thank you to Clover who was able to help me get most of the sale worked out through calls and texts while I had to bring my fiance to urgent care for a broken hand 10/10 would reccomend for any of your used car needs!
First off, tell me why they sent me to Apple Carr village to pick up the truck. Then when we told them that was unprofessional, they tried justifying it. Failed to disclose 2 previous car accidents on a car that I bought. Added an extended warranty that I told them I didn’t want, so I had to cancel it on the back end after finding out. Needed $2,000 of repairs that also wasn’t disclosed. They even assured me that “all repairs were taken care of” They will lie to your face. They have zero ethics. Stay away from them.
Bought a truck from them then turn around and got told by other mechanics the frame is bad. And they won't make it right with me. Tried contacting them and no call back or email back.
