Brought my vehicle in cause of an issue without an appointment. Service was able to get me right in immediately. With very minimal wait time, I was presented with a diagnosis and a very fair estimate. I approved it and they said they could have it back to me within the hour. What started out as just stopping by to make an appointment, turned into having it fixed on the spot in approximately one hour. That kind of service is hard to find these days. Great job and great service Betten Chevrolet!
Got me in and out quickly, my issue is with GM, trucks aren't cheap and this one continues to have issues that are not being addressed.
