I had purchased 4 new tires and unfortunately there was some rim damage on one of the rims after removing the old tires. I discussed this with Robert who is the service manager and he took care of this to my 100% satisfaction. This speaks highly of Betten's customer service. I have always had excellent service at Betten and this confirmed it. I greatly appreciated Robert's assistance on this.
My wipers stopped working and in this weather I needed it fixed ASAP. Joe Giannetti got me in quickly and made the repair. Great service!
