The body work on my car is great. I just don’t like the fact that they did $2200 worth of work on my car to replace a bumper without asking me if it’s okay first because unfortunately for me and my insurance company, we had to overly pay. Like I expressed if I’d known that price for something so simple I could have shopped around town. Before replacing I had a $400 estimate for repairing the bumper, they called me shortly after and said it needed repairing but never a price, so that was quite a jump. Go somewhere else. Paint is messy and pooled and doesn't match the rest of the car. Terrible. And they didn't bother to call when it was finished.
Paul, Logan and Nicole were so helpful! My truck completely got taken out in the rear end.. You cannot even tell it ever was hit! Great customer service and great body work!

Pre-paid for a service in the spring of 2024 for a repair. The paint needed 6-8 weeks or something along those lines to cure. I have called them 2-3 times to schedule to re apply my graphic that was already paid for. They also scratched the drivers side of my vehicle in multiple areas, I believe this from a belt buckle rubbing against the paint. It looks horrible. I think it’s time to litigation at point. I’m done.
