Looked at a used car last week. It needed brakes and rotors. Thumping something awful. And muffler sounded loud. Manager said he was aware and would have them fixed. Waited over the weekend then called only to be told it was sold on Saturday as is without the brakes being fixed. And no one bothered to call us. Won’t be going back there.
As expected with Max, everything was great, except for my understanding of lease terms, albeit good bottom line. Not great, (great would have been them paying me), but very good. Max is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and I drove away comfortable.
