Great experience dealing with Anthony he was very helpful getting me into the vehicle I wanted and helped the process go by very smooth! Highly recommend him if you stop in.
The dealership sent out pull tabs in the mail, like the ones in a bar/ restaurant. All the ones sent in the mail were “winners “. Once you go to the dealership, they hard pressed you to buy a car. They will hand you a “gift card” that looks like a $25 card. It’s not. You have to register the card, then they send you an email for 10 percent off dining. What a scam! Bought a 2012 chevy cruz last year. The coolant sprayed out of the engine needing the water pump replaced after only a few months. After a few more months I needed the engine replaced and the warranty I paid for only covered the amount I paid into the warranty. Feels like I got scammed ill never come back here go somewhere else.
Not very happy about the Customer Service I received ! Also, they made a mistake with fixing my car. They still haven’t fixed it. It’s taking up too much time to keep bringing it back there. It’s a very inconvenience to my day and now my car is still broken. Going to reach out to management tomorrow.
