RecommendedThe Betsy-Tacy books by Maud Hart Lovelace were my favorite books when I was young. Meeting and knowing the amazing people whose lives were and have and are being touched by Maud and her books are enriching my life incredibly much. Visiting the Betsy and Tacy homes as well as the homes/special spots in Minneapolis just make the Books so special. Very thankful for the Betsy-Tacy Society for the preservation of the Houses and all things Maud/Betsy.
THe books are so amazing and the society keeps them alive for me.
After reading this series,again and again, discovered as adult this bench dedicated to Maud in my own backyard! Never knew of society but love it, hope to tour homes someday Sondra Schmoldt

It is so wonderful to tour the houses of Betsy Tacy and Tib. I grew up with these books and cherish them.
I have loved Betsy - Tacy since I was in the 3rd grade! The idea of having a best friend your whole life has always been important to me. My best friend and I met in the 3rd grade and we are still best friends today. Memories together are so special!
I want new generations of children to read the books. I discovered Betsy-Tacy in elementary school, Public School 102 in Elmhurst, Queensl. We were allowed to read a book from our classroom's bookshelf when we had finished our work. That's how I found these delightful books.
Anyone who read these books I think there is a special bond
