BEWARE Betsy Smith lied to my husband and I regarding knowledge of short sales. We are the first and hopefully last one she will attempt. I asked her before we signed with her if she had worked with shortsales and she bold faced lied to us! She is always complaining about how hard they are and is very pushy. Word to the wise. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!!
Property Management -- Failure We were looking for a house to rent the first year we moved to DeKalb while getting our home sold, and called this realty for a newspaper listing. The house listed was owned by the realty office, and was in horrible shape (smelled bad, carpet stained, door locks flimsy etc.), in a horrible area of town, and was horribly overpriced. The realtors themselves had a very slimy/smarmy feel about them, and my husband and I left as quickly as we could.
