Very negative experience with Nancy Peniston. She violated a material term of our lease in a way that turned out to be very damaging for us. She also brought a stranger into our apartment by claiming he was a handyman (he was not) who would fix our broken staircase. The repair was never done and we never got an answer for why she engaged in this baffling behavior. We tried to work this out with Ms. Peniston, but she became defensive and belligerent.
