Betsy is one of the best professional people I know in the field of Medicine. She has been my Healthcare provider for over 6 years now. I trust her judgment to be sure my Healthcare is going to be there to help me. She is very professional, caring, attentive and listens to how I want to be treated for a particular problem. Her exams are very thorough. She offers solutions while listening. You can't find a better person for your medical needs.
She Prescribed me meds and things I didn’t need, had to drive all the way to Dallas to find a dr. that literally solved my issue within 3 minutes. What a waste of time and money dealing with this Dr. and clinic.
I am a big believer in family doctors, Betsy Chappell fills this description nicely. She is plesent and professional, her follow up and follow through is outstanding. I only have one complaint, I was not feeling well on two separate occasions and in need of a doctors (my doctors) advice. I was told by the front office that it would take weeks for me to be seen, and sent to the ergent care clinic, I was sick and not in risk of death.
