The procedure was a bit uncomfortable. Ms. Beck explained procedure and the instruments she would use. She questioned my discomfort level and adjusted what she could to reduce the discomfort if the test and instruments allowed. I appreciate the knowledge she gave me on my medical issue. I would definitely feel comfortable having her as a medical professional on any issues that could arise in the future.
Betsy, APNP and her team, were thorough, good listeners, professional and personable. I would highly recommend.
Betsy and Carol are the best, Sam too. Very professional and yet so very concerned and determined to help correct my issues. Thoughtfulness always. What could be an awkward moment never exists with Becky. A real sweetheart!
Great team that has replaced another great team after they retired! Very fortunate to have them part of my care team!
