Horrible snobby little man. Disrespectful, makes you wait hours even with appointment, burnt my bleached hair with dryer, my hair is falling out and he didn't take responsibility. instead when I tried talking to him for a full refund since I'm so unhappy with the results he yelled and screamed at me and called cops.
