Beto's isn't what it used to be years ago. The menudo had so much fat I could tell that it wasn't cleaned with much attention. The meat's texture was way too soft. Flavor is just ok, but u cant enjoy it bc of the first two points. I should have listened to my Northside friends. Don't go to Betos. If you want a more consistently good experience, go to La Michoacana down the road. They even give you pata de res o de puerco!
