I only give this 3 stars because it is a nice community. However, they do not cater to renters at all! Especially if your landlord bought it under an LLC! If this is the case, you are not able to be a member in ANY clubs! You cannot use the pool! Even if you could use the pool, you have to pay over $300 per person for the first year and then $150 per person every year after. God forbid you want to take your grandchild to the pool for a day, you have to PAY for a guest, on top!! There are 3 golf courses, but I can't use them ... read more
Came their to play bingo. Awesome place super friendly and helpful people. Probably best bingo operation I've been to so far. Looking forward to doing it again.

If your thinking about moving to a mobile home park in the Zephyrhills area, Betmar Acres is the place. You can buy your home and land together,which is great instead of paying a lot rent. There are alot of parks in the area,but Betmar is your best bet.
Friendly people. Lots of activities. If you're bored here, it's your fault!
