Im not sure where to begin in attempting to even come close to describing the level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, aggressive demeanor, absolute lack of compassion, dismissive behavior, unethical practices, and what felt like careless and completely incorrect diagnosis’s, that we received during our visit with Dr. White. We have had routine and emergency visits. I will trust no other team with our pets! Great staff who are all welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Betlem is always transparent when speaking with you which goes along way in building trust. Total respect for the entire team!
Took my rough collie here for the first time. Been searching for a new vet for a while now. I am over the moon with the service and staff. Definitely take time with your animal to understand their issues and talk you through the recommendations. I feel very good about my dogs care going forward.
Dr. Betlem is great! Was able to get my boy Jack in to get his eye looked at. He's feeling much better!
