Viele and Chris M. were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL with respect to their attention to detail, answering all of our questions, describing each step of their installation process, working expeditiously as well as keeping the area clean and organized. I had a new furnace installed by Josh B. And James U. They both did a great job- they walked me through how the new furnace would work, the installation was clean, the area was left neat and tidy and they didn't even make much noise. Highly recommend.
We needed a gas valve replaced. Joe Cirilla showed up, had to fix an installation mistake from another HVAC contractor, replaced the valve, and confirmed that the part was under warranty. All in all, a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend Betlem Residential Heating & Air Conditioning!
When a customer asks for their salesman to CALL BACK in regard to financing and warranty issues, a CALL BACK is required. Not a text. Not an email. Your customer service goes 100% out the window once the work is done. I would never have given you my business if I had known that you don't have any interest in service after the sale.
I am extremely grateful for Dave Marianetti. Following a couple of misdiagnoses concerning our air conditioning problem, my 3rd phone call happened after regular business hours and thankfully for us, Dave was the one who responded to the call. Dave very quickly identified the issue. I cannot give enough praise for Dave's expertise, his compassion to our9 plight and his commitment to resolve our issue. I highly recommend Betlem Residential Heating and Air Conditioning for any heating and cooling issues and repairs. I've used them over the years for various furnace issues and have always been very pleased. I called yesterday because my central air wasn't working and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. I received a call today, assuming it was a reminder call, and was absolutly thrilled when I was told they can make it over today. We've been customers of Betlem Residential Heating and Cooling in Rochester for several years. The whole team has given us excellent service, consistently, from the person answering the telephone to the technician and onto management. Technician Kyle Prince was here this morning, completing our Annual Spring Maintenance. He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. I wouldn’t recommend this company, if you encounter this in public places. The driver at the Summit driving through giving faces and rolled his eyes. Whenever you’re driving a company truck they should be careful how they portrayed themselves in public. Because now a days you’re in unlicensed eye all the time, consider wrong our technology.
