Needing a six month lease while working in Detroit, I was lucky to find Bethune Lofts on very short notice. The property manager, Sheila, very graciously found me an unfurnished unit that fit within my budget the day I called to inquire (a rarity in my week of panicked calls to other properties in the city). I hope they improved since I lived here in the spring of 2024 because the building has so much potential. The lofts were built too quickly and are too expensive for what they are (I was paying about $1550 for a 9 month lease for a one bed, so it would probably be closer to $1450 for a 1 year lease). They had promised secure parking on the website - there is none and a bunch of us had our cars broken into. What a wonderful living experience! Close to everything but tucked away and quiet and peace and enjoyment. Bethune Lofts has been a nice and pleasant expeience so far. Complimentary gated parking, secured entryways, nice and modern stainless steel appliances, LED lighting, and modern heat pumps for A/C and heat has made this decision tremedous. 123Net delivers incredibly fast fiber internet, I've never had an outage and customer service was amazing.
