I would give this bethune lofts zero starrs if possible. Poor management who has zero regard for resident safety. Peoples' cars were broken into and windows were smashed yet management failed to protect the residents. Neighborhoods behind the building are some of the worst in buffalo in terms of crime. Do your research before moving here. The pictures appear fantastic but they do not show the reality of this place. Im sure the five stars reviews are from management or residents who enjoy living an a horrible environment.
