Beth's is by far my favorite bakery in Evanston and my go-to place for croissants and scones. I'm always taking their pastries to different events and they're always a hit!

I walked in looking for coffee and found so much more. Located at the corner of Central and Prairie in Evanston, Beth’s is a hidden gem tucked inside what appears to be a bar and grill—don’t let that fool you. The moment you step inside, the aroma of fresh croissants, coffee, and spices tells you this is where you want to be. I know Beth’s Bake Shop fans will be so excited to again have the absolutely best scones on the north shore. Lemon/blueberry, chocolate cherry all back! Along with the beautiful and tasty macarons. I tried the apple fritter donut. So good! Comida offers a much better space than the donut shop.
Best place for desserts. Closed unfortunately.
