There are truly some dentists that can take a few lessons from him. Wish I knew him sooner. You would not be disappointed office staff is also incredible very knowledgeable and caring. Love them all.

This dentist would not see my child unless we did x-rays. I asked her to simply look at her teeth as there was nothing wrong meaning she had no complaints and for a general cleaning but we were rejected. The rudeness and the unprofessionalism was shocking from the assistant behind the desk and the doctor herself. In Italy for example, dentists almost never take x-rays unless it is very necessary. Leaving this after your generic reponse. I called you three or more times asking you to call me about different dental plans thats are offered and ones you accept. I asked for the owner no response. One of your employees was very rude and thats why i reached out to the owner which you failed to respond and handle the matter since I been a patient patient through your new start. You can reach out to me. Not happy the way you handled it.

Bethpage Smiles is not going to make anyone smile. I had a horrible experience at this clinic. They do not have any work ethics or commitment to the clients. Their only intention is to bill the insurance by whatever claims they can make. Their staff submitted incorrect claims and is making me responsible for all the incorrect billings. I was in severe pain after a tooth filling. I notified Dr. Krupa Shah and she said the pain might be due to tooth grinding and nothing is wrong with the fillings. I had to change my dentist due to an insurance change and ended up here. I had an amazing experience with Dr.Zaffer. My dental issue wasn’t completely fixed during my first visit but she didn’t give up until I was totally satisfied. Definitely recommend 5+ stars for her professionalism.
