The place got 4 stars from people who have no other place. However if you live near this building it's a one star and a SLUM. The vast majority of tenants are formerly homeless, drunk, seriously mentally ill (talking about running down hallways with a knife!) and/or drug users. There are still some very nice seniors, but each year, they move on to Silvercrest and then a new crazy person comes in.
