First of all, trying to get service on your ebike, if you didn't buy it from them is a task all in and of itself, then I stumbled across Chris through Google, this guy. Made me feel like a fellow biker buddy.I trust him. Chris, if you review this, I'm the guy with the orange bike, you are the man, thanks, brother. Ten thumbs up
Chris took time out of his very busy week, as a favor, to take a look at my Cybertrack e-bike which wouldn't operate using the throttle. The few minutes he had he spent diagnosing and eventually find the issue with the bike, as well as finding an extra part in his garage for purchase to fix the issue. He was extremely helpful and welcoming during my brief visit and I'd highly recommend using him for any electric bike/scooter issues.
I messaged them before opening hours wasn't expecting a response till atleast after they open but to my surprise I got an immediate response, was very courteous explained what they do and were very helpful all in all I'd recommend them to friends and family looking to get bikes modified for they're daily needs. I'd rate them a 10/5 if that was a choice lol thanks for getting back to me so quick.
Chris is amazing, patient and very informative I will always come here moving forward!
