I called Chris this week to ask if he could possibly fix my talaria sting. I was told bc of certain circumstances that he would be unable to fix my bike yet he explained to me what I should be looking at to find an issue. He was kind enough to tell me that he would video chat with me if need be to help me get my bike up and running. Chris is amazing! He knows just about EVERYTHING about ebikes and delivers quality information and fast and reliable service. I needed a tire after a compressor blew out a tire on my brand new ebike. I did not even ride it yet. (So frustrating) Chris saw me right away and fixed me up with a new pair of tires. He even went over my new bike to make sure it was all in good working order.
