We had a wonderful breakfast. The waitress was awesome. While we were waiting for our drinks another waitress came and asked us what drinks we ordered. She told us that a customer at another table had complained about our waitress on how long they waited for drinks. That waitress brought our drinks but then told our waitress that she brought them because we asked for her to bring them. Odd but everything else was wonderful.
Great place to eat. Good food and friendly staff.
We were in town for a Lehigh Valley Phantoms Hockey game. I always prefer local spots over national chains. We tried Bethlehem Diner for breakfast on 3/18/18. The service was attentive and the food very good, other than the home fries which were bland and flavorless. No onions, spices, or seasoning at all, just potatoes, and not even completely browned. Stick with French toast or pancakes for breakfast as those are good. The egg dishes need work and the home fries are not worth your time.
Had roast beef that had cartilage all through out. Waitress tried twice to get owner to fix the problem. Finally had to get owner out and he literally told us to pay the hole bill and to get out and not come back. Biggest jerk I have met in years. Will never return. Be aware this restaurant is terrible.......
My kids choose the Bethlehem Diner for their birthday dinner every year and every time we come the food is outstanding never had a bad meal or experience here. We will continue to come to the Bethlehem Diner.
