I have lived in a 110 year old house for the last 40 years in central Madison. During that century, my steam driven heating system has gone through conversion from coal to heating oil to natural gas. By the time I took over, many hands had been laid on, and it needed a lot of work. Bethke became my trusted partner in keeping the system going. We have been customers of Bethke since moving into our home 12 years ago, when we replaced the original air conditioner. Since then, we've subscribed to their preventative maintenance plan and have been happy with the service. Bethke team was amazing with our HVAC split installations. Their install was timely, their team was very courteous and conscientious from one day to the next. Everything was 5 stars (and above) as they explained everything to us in advance, delivered as expected, and even came in under budget!
Super reasonable with the fees, friendly and helpful. They explained everything and got the job done quick.
For a long time I assumed that we couldn't afford one of the "big name" HVAC companies in the area. I was wrong. Bethke was the original installer of the furnace and A/C in the house we bought, so their stickers were all over our equipment. Instead of them I chose a smaller HVAC business near us in Sun Prairie that I thought was just as upstanding. I regret not hiring Bethke sooner!
