I had a great eye exam experience here. The doctor was incredibly patient, ensuring I had the perfect lens fit and addressing all my concerns. However, there was a hiccup with the billing side. When I purchased my contacts, they didn’t apply my insurance benefits. Now I have to handle the claim myself, which is frustrating given my long history of similar purchases.
