RecommendedFrom start to finish, the staff and Doctor are personable, knowledgeable and efficient! I was able to quickly make an appt using the website, and easily register as a new patient. They answered every question I had in great detail and everyone I talked to was both professional and friendly while doing so.
I have Davis Vision and their “provider” are supposed to have over 200 frames available in their “exclusive collection” line on a very large display rack however, Davell at Bethesda Vision Care went down to the basement and came back with only five frames to choose from and they all looked like men’s frames and I am not a man. I will not be returning to their facility for services ever. I was assisted by Davell who tried to sell me frames for $600+
I previously had a difficult time working with optometrist to identify the correct prescription for my multifocal contact lenses. Dr Levy on the first try was able to resolve my issues. I've been going to him since and have nothing but high praise. Also if your looking for help with frame selection David is the best.
My daughter visited Dr. Weitz for Ortho-k treatment. He made a mistake and ordered left lens with the right eye's prescription. She wore the wrong lens for the whole summer. That hurt her eyes. She has irritation in both eyes since last summer. I have discussed with Dr. Weitz many times about the diagnosis and treatment, however, I did not receive a clear answer.
