The only positive aspect of this place is its location (based on my experience living in a TIER 4 apartment).
We are a commercial (office) tenant in the Bethesda Place complex. Our organization moved here less than a year ago and have had only the best experiences with the building, it's management and their overall responsiveness to our needs. The property manager and the building engineers and other staff are quick to follow up on any request and have worked to problem solve with us every step along the way. Great property located in the heart of downtown Bethesda, within walking distance to the Metro, shops, bus stops, so many restaurants, and near to the Capital Beltway. A new Lidl grocery store will be opening soon on the ground floor of the building, offering a very convenient additional amenity for residents and neighbors. The apartments are spacious and offer a great value for the price. The front desk team and leasing office are very responsive as well. I have enjoyed living here so far!
This is a *very* well managed and maintained building two blocks from Metro with spacious, quiet apartments and underground parking. But it's easy to live here without a car (or with a single shared vehicle): A new Lidl with a pharmacy is about to open on the ground floor, and within a mile are three other supermarkets, plus four additional pharmacies, a mini-Target, a library, three parks, biking/walking trails, a 10-screen cinema, live theater, and too many restaurants and shops to count. The public areas in Bethesda Place are always clean, the staff is very friendly, and there is always a quick response to all service requests. Indoor parking is available to all residents. Location is in middle of downtown Bethesda with Metro one block away. A grocery is opening on the ground floor. It is city living, but there is a beautifully landscaped and decorated courtyard for outdoor relaxation. I enjoy living at Bethesda Place.
