Always run a few min late then rush you into machine. Won’t make disc copies of images anymore. Make you wait a few days then give you one even if you need 2-3. They used to copy images to disc after your scan. Cleaner then the other imaging hell holes in the area though
Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to others. I found the customer service to be extremely lacking, with minimal communication and a noticeable absence of empathy in patient care. The staff seemed disengaged and indifferent, which made the entire experience feel impersonal and frustrating. I truly hope improvements are made, as every patient deserves to feel heard, cared for, and respected. But in all honesty go somewhere else for for imaging services.
Friendly staff and the facility was immaculate
If there could be zero stars, I would pick that. We had an appointment today for a CT scan. A diagnostic test is not done for fun! We arrived in time, no one at the desk. After waiting for a little bit, we were greeted by a young man at reception area. They asked for the name and then without hesitation and a smile (literally a smile and no empathy at all) was told someone had called us to cancel the appointment. NO ONE CALLED ME BECAUSE MY VOICE MAIL IS FULL AND I DO THAT TO GET ALL THE CALLS THAT COME IN. THAT WAS A LIE. T... read more
I would put zero stars if I had the chance, dropped the ball on authorizations, misscheduled my appointment a number of times, and had the nerve to ask me to pay out of pocket. If you are looking to waste time and money spend your time talking to the people here
