If there could be zero stars, I would pick that. We had an appointment today for a CT scan. A diagnostic test is not done for fun! We arrived in time, no one at the desk. I would put zero stars if I had the chance, dropped the ball on authorizations, misscheduled my appointment a number of times, and had the nerve to ask me to pay out of pocket. If you are looking to waste time and money spend your time talking to the people here

What I did not like, and this is just a personal preference that does not reflect any moral high ground, is the trans "woman" checking me in with short bitten nails covered in bright yellow polish. I recognize everyone's right to exist, and Bethesda's choice reflecting gender awareness, but personally, as a regular guy, I felt sick and disgusted and left before my imaging appointment was to begin.

When we returned later, it was completely empty but we sat waiting for an extended amount of time. When I asked, in a very friendly way, how much longer it was going to be, I was rudely lectured about how we were walk in’s and didn’t have an appt (uh, because you couldn’t take us before...) Then, when I returned to get the images to bring to the orthopedic doc, I had r... read more
