Had cervical facet injections here. Extremely painful as the doctor accidentally hit a spinal nerve as I screamed out in severe pain. This place is dirty, the operating table had cracks and tears in the vinyl top, which makes it impossible to clean and get sterile, germs will get down in there. They didnt help me up onto the table or even tell me to lie perfectly still, total disregard. The staff here is so helpful, friendly and skilled. I felt at ease throughout the whole process and would recommend the surgery center to anyone who needs to have ortho surgery or pain injections!
Original directions to the facility takes you to the first floor. Office staff seems friendly and helpful and has the willingness to assist. The scheduling line does actually call you back with updates and concerns for the patients needs and care. The facility during winter months is taken care of and is safe. A Small waiting room doesn't allow for a whole lot of family so consider who is really necessary to be with patient. Hot beverages are provided at no cost, parking is free.
