Two in hospital stays; bypass heart surgery and a heart loop monitor and the doctors, nurses and support staff were totally outstanding!!! Nurses on floor 4100 and CV-ICU are the best!!! PCAs do a great job! Nutrition is super group of support staff doing, sometimes, unrewarding jobs! Nuclear medicine fantastic! Transportation folks really have difficult jobs ferrying patients all day but do fantastic work! Compare to Christ Hospital (the worst) and Mercy Anderson (so so care) Bethesda Hospital tops them like night and day!!... read more

I have always been impressed with the level of care at B north. My family and I have been coming here for years. My sister recently had an emergency and was brought in via ambulance to the ED and the staff there did an impeccable job with everything. As someone who works in medicine, I knew she was in the best hands. Despite being at capacity, the wonderful nurses and doctors get things done in a timely manner. Thank you to nurses Kurt, Lex, and Jenna in the ED for their outstanding service and bedside manner.

I told her multiple times to stop and she didn’t. She finally took it out of my ... read more

was advise by my primary care doctor to go to the ER for shortness of breath and chest pain. When I arrive to the hospital and ekg and labs were done. I also had an X-ray. After the Results came back. The physician Assistant came in and stated all of my results were good and she was discharging me. She Stated that she could not extract the virus from my body. I request to speak to the Attending Physician Dr.Cutter multiple times and He declined to come in. No on should not treated this way.

My 82 year old father was seen February 27 approximately around 2:30 am and the staff had him in the hall in extreme pain needing a hip replacement. When he had him urinate I'm a bottle with no assistance and he urinate all over himself. He does have some dignity and to feel helpless is unacceptable. When I arrived with questions I was ignored while they were on their phones. I asked for.a pillow and I myself was disregarded along with questions regarding pain meds and a simple cup of water I understand it must be. Difficult... read more
