My wife just left after over 5 hours of waiting in the lobby. No updates were given, and this experience will make us avoid every Tri Health ER. When my wife arrived the wait time was 1-4 hours. The staff made her feel little for asking when she would be able to get seen. After spending most of the day there she lost hope and left. I am disgusted and encourage everyone to never come here for anything in the emergency department.

Worst ER I’ve been to! I asked many and multiple times and people if they would be able to get me the treatment I needed and they confirmed with confidence to end up more sick than I was coming out of it! Never using it again 🙂
