All the staff moves in slow motion. I can not believe how bad things are at this location. Waiting room for 6 hours and ignored in the room once we got there! Staff would literally walk past you and not make eye contact. Just terrible. Dr Rainer will tell you how sorry he is when you have finally had enough, but he is dead behind the eyes. He does not care one bit. We will go to Mercy next time.

The ER is terrible! Been here 4 hours. Others have been here 7 hrs and still waiting! . Was here 8 hours once with my mom. I’ll never come here again

I see other reviews here and I wonder if we had a better experience because they knew I was nurse manager with another network? It appears that the ER needs some work, according to the reviews. Regardless, it should be looked into and addressed because every patient should get equally, great care no matter where they are in the hospital. + First impressions. The nursing staff was great, social sevice was great the hospital itself was awful to let a sick person sit in a room all day we have been here for 7 hours and still waiting to get in a room the hospital needs to come up with a better plan we have been here 7 hours and my dad has not ate and we have not ate they know we have sit here all day if you know your keeping someone you could feed them and make sure they are comfortable
