Old lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. Called to try and get more info on the practice and she was so rude I ended up hanging up.
Do not use this practice. Medical care from Alison and Cathy was great - expert, extremely thorough, practical, kind, great communicators. Administrative problems were terrible. At first it was just inefficiency and lack of proactivity from support personnel. Multiple calls to set up first appointment. Front desk person confused about their internal paperwork process and portal. Then the same person sat on my forms for a week. No one answers the phone. Ever. Great people starting from receptionists to Drs.Dr.Kathy was excellent.The inly reason i gave 4 stars is because they said they would call me for a dr’s appointment but never did
