i went and visited my boyfriend's grandmother and she was sitting in soiled pants. it had to of been at least a few hours therefore they dont check on their residents as often and they should. when the woman did come in to check on her, my bf and i were in the bathroom cleaning it up so the woman didnt see us and she asked her if she was done with her lunch in a very rude way! its mostly clean. i seen a dead bug on the way out. my bf is looking into another facility. this visit was done in jan.
terrible! my questions were ignored and the tour was awful! dirty dirty floors! i seen 4 cockroaches. and i seen a woman kissing another woman!
Bethesda Gardens is a wonderful facility. The activities they organize for residents are fantastic. They truly go above and beyond to make families feel their loved ones are cared for.
Wonderful facility. Nice and caring staff. Would recommend it to anyone including my family!
My 87 year old aunt has been at Bethesda Gardens since Nov 2019 and loves it. All the staff are wonderful and she loves all the residents also. She feels so secure and taken care of well. I recommend Bethesda Gardens.
Shout out to Eric and Lindsey at Bethesda Gardens! They helped move my mom to a different room and spent extra time making sure everything was perfect for her! Thank you!!
