My daughter, who has a developmental disability, went in after her dental cap fell off and she was in pain. While she was in the chair, we were told she had to return to the original dentist in Columbus, which meant waiting about a week. We ended up finding another provider who re-cemented the cap in about 20 minutes. Given how simple the fix was, it was disappointing this couldn’t be handled while she was already there and hurting. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.
Everyone was very nice
I was surprised at how organized, clean and friendly the office was right after lunch. Great info sharing from the Doctor and the technicians.
They was able to get me in for an initial consultation within 2 days of my calling they were very knowledgeable and efficient and it was a relaxed and friendly professional atmosphere
