I used to get ill as soon as I stepped in a dental office. I don't get that way with this group! I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep listening to the music. They all make me feel welcome and relaxed. Dr Khan and his staff are very pleasant and caring!!!
Heather was amazing and the doc seemed very knowledgeable. I've had some terrible dentist experiences in the past but everyone at the office was great!
My daughter, who has a developmental disability, went in after her dental cap fell off and she was in pain. While she was in the chair, we were told she had to return to the original dentist in Columbus, which meant waiting about a week. We ended up finding another provider who re-cemented the cap in about 20 minutes. Given how simple the fix was, it was disappointing this couldn’t be handled while she was already there and hurting. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.
