I think I may’ve found my new dental home. I booked an emergency appointment with Dr. Cho and her team after some concerns with work I had done elsewhere… They were able to explain everything that they were going to work on during my appointment & the future to get my teeth back in good shape. I am writing this review to inform and warn future patients. I went to this dental office without insurance and was sold a one-year plan for $350 that was explained to include two cleanings and X-rays. I agreed and paid based on that promise. After taking X-rays, the doctor said I needed a more advanced cleaning and demanded an additional $650. I declined the extra treatment and requested the regular cleaning that was already included in the plan. The doctor refused to provide any cleaning at all. Instead, I was charged $140... read more
