This dentist office is a bunch of scammers! Originally found this dentist off the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield website. I filled out all the new patient paperwork, provided my ID and insurance card upon check-in. Since I was a new patient, they also took x-rays. It was only after the fact when I was checking out did they tell me my insurance "plan" was considered out-of-network and that my $600+ bill was due. It is a very pleasant office. Everyone is so nice! Dr Choi is very efficient and explains what needs to be done.
They do a thorough job with attention to detail. Very friendly and professional staff with outstanding follow-up. I highly recommend.

I arrived early to Bethesda Dental Associates today and was able to be seen shortly after. Dr. Cho, her assistant and hygenist were a well coodinated team. The staff were thorough in explaining their findings and actions to be taken, along with additional recommendations. Attention to detail was excellent and continued from my previous visits. I am very happy with Dr. Cho's care and highly recommend her to anyone needed dental care.
