Brown paper covers the tables and the only utensils are small mallets and knives-and your fingers! Hard-shell crabs brought fresh from the steamer to your table are, naturally, the specialty. Crabs are seasonal; be sure to call ahead and check if they are available and to make a reservation. Crab cakes and steamed shrimp are on the menu when crabs are out of season.

Recommendedbest crabs I ever had took my 3 kids a year ago today and I still crave them went all the way to Maryland to have these crabs and it was the best choice I've ever mad great food great company Yen Lee is the best.. extremely funny it was an awesome time and good eats.. I cant wait to go again
Had our Paragon Title annual crab feast and it was awesome! I also have been to Bethesda Crab House with friends and family many times. The wait staff is as attentive as it gets. I have zero complaints. And great news! They serve hush puppies now! �

Good crab with butter/vinegar & seasoning
Always fun! I forgot to reserve the large ahead of time on holiday weekend BUT the mediums were heavy and delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. LOVE seeing visitors try to eat crabs :).
I placed an order every month but today my experience was so bad!!!! I place my order for 3pm it's almost 3:30pm and my order is not ready yet that its incredible!!!!!!!!! I have my 2 kids and me waiting for my husband at the car for 30 minutes because he is pick our order! today my visit was unsatisfactory.

Amazing little place!! No frills Crab Shack but man was the food good!! Great food and great service!! I’ll be back in a few months.
