Agree with others…the admin was terrible and will overcharge your card with zero explanation. Was also scheduled with a student without any transparent disclosure about this beforehand or offer for a quick consult before the actual appointment. Was really disappointed.
The therapist for my boys was solid, her name is Faezeh and does a great job with my kids. However, the admin who runs the shop is incredibly slow to respond and customer service I have found to be rather abysmal. The therapists here all seem great, but Admin is rough to say the least and communication at this practice has been poor. I'd recommend looking at other practices before looking at BCS.
