I went to this dental practice on the advise of my primary care physician. The purpose was to get fitted for an appliance for mild sleep apnea. This was during the first week of April. I paid a $400 copay. Till today (Aug 8th), 4 months later, I have not seen my appliance. I have called the office 6 times to ask about the status, and each time they give me the run around. Hoping this review will make them take action - and tell me what the issue is.
Professional caring treatment
Dr. Nhu and Ms. Toni are great to work with.
I quit the practice 10 years ago when my son was recommended an unnecessary procedure, and haven’t set foot there since, but they continue to send me bills for a visit last year that I never made. Multiple calls and letters to the billing office, and the dunning never stops. I have asked to be removed from their patient records but they don’t do it. Would not recommend this office.
I was having a problem with my jaw, and Dr. Greenbaum was amazing to work with.. He spent an hour with me reviewing my symptoms and talking about treatment. I would definitely recommend him in his office
