Priscilla Smith is rude and unprofessional. She will sit and look at you and wont open the door. You speak she wont speak back. She sit in the office and just let the phone ring. The Bethel Towers need a new manager ASAP
My aunt was staying at the Bethel Towers for a good while until her health started to fell. She loved this place and her friends that she encountered with. But Priscilla Smith, the community manager is so unprofessional. She talks to you any kind of way. You ask her a question she never gives you a straight answer.
